When I arrived the manager to leave the office so he could “Cuss some people out!” When he came back to help me return the truck and trailer I asked if everything was okay and he replied, “Where the fuck am I supposed to put this? They keep sending big equipment and we don’t have room for them here!” I apologized and he said it wasn’t my fault and not to worry about it. While he disconnected the trailer I complimented his new tattoo and he said thanks. I showed him some damage to the side of the truck that I had photographed when I picked it up and he said he would report it, then I handed him the keys and he started to walk away. I asked if there was anything else and he said, “No, you’re done here,” over his shoulder as he continued to walk away. I told my wife I guess he’s having a bad day. I believed I’d returned the vehicle with a little more fuel than when I picked it up, but when i reviewed my receipt I found I had been charged $18.00 for three additional gallons of gas. I like Uhaul as a company, but will not return to this location when we move again, and would certainly not recommend it to any of my family or friends.

neil jHad to drop off After Hours. It was fairly dark by the box and in the parking lot and would be easier to see with more lighting. Otherwise, it worked out well. People were helpful when I called afterwards.
