The location had a sheet of paper on the door stating it was closed. When I called U-Haul about it, the agent said they saw it was closed and helped me through the drop-off process. It would have been nice to get a notification that the location was closed, and the return process would have been easier for me.

JHONNY AConvenient location with easy access. Desk agent was efficient and polite. My reserved truck wasn't available, received slightly larger for no additional cost. Truck was clean and seemingly well maintained with thoughtful signage. Everything worked well and was easy to use. Return was equally efficient. Overall a great experience.
