The truck doors don’t shut well and I feel that is a safety issue that should be dealt with.
BRANDON BThey went beyond helping us hitch our trailer. The left rear lights were not working and we had already been to another place with the same problem. This location had equipment to test to find the problem and we discovered it was a blown fuse on our end. Instead of sending us over to someone down the road to get the fuse located and replaced, one of the guys knew exactly were our fuse box was. He opened it, located the blown out fuse and knew that there were replacement fuses in the fuse box. He located the correct one and replaced it and our lights all worked! It was a great solution. Even though they aren't the closest U-haul to us, that is were I would prefer to go. They were quick and when above and beyond to find solutions.
