I would notate on the site/app that this is an unmanned location for U-Haul pick ups and remote pick up is the only option.
CARLA SThe overall service was great, but I received a call from someone who spoke to me in a very disrespectful and rude manner. He even hung up on me during the conversation. He was upset because I was supposed to return the truck on Wednesday, April 30th, but I had clearly informed the lady at the rental location that I wouldn’t be able to return it until May 3rd, as I didn’t have access to my rental property until then. I extended my U-Haul rental for that reason, and the man was extremely rude, telling me the truck was already booked for someone else. I remained polite throughout the conversation, but he did not show me the same respect. This is not the first time I’ve rented a truck from U-Haul, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name, but the number he called from was +1 (303) 922-8914. His customer service was unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Juan MDrop off was very convenient but it was all done remotely through the app while the site was closed.
BRUCE DThe app and online check in process are really bad. The most up to date version of the app kept breaking so I had to go to the website. Was really dissatisfied to see all of the check materials online when I was picking up the truck instead of when I first made the reservation, it was around 15 degrees when checking in and I had to take off my gloves and I lost feeling in my fingers and sit in the cold for a while when I could have just done all these things when I first made the reservation. Even the link to this survey didn't work from my email, had to modify it to land here.
