Tho they have a limited variety I went and rented a 6x22 trailer. You have to use the Internet or there's a phone number on their window to call the direct line to U-haul. I was hooked up and out of there in 5 minutes. That is the fastest I've ever experienced a transaction with U-haul. Upon returning to my out of state destination I parked the trailer under a shaded tent and Alex came out unhooked and said that was it. Off I went. It couldn't have been faster not smoother for my entire rental. Awesome.

Millenium Towing was closed during posted business hours. The pickup software mentioned I would receive an email allowing me to inspect the condition of the trailer when I picked it up; however I am still waiting for said email (2 days later). I did take pictures of the trailer's damage; however there is no way to report said damage after the fact. SUGGESTION: please ask U-Haul's webmaster to look into this apparent software bug. The check in software refused to accept my cell phone's location, and this prevented an on time check in. When I called U-Haul, I was advised to call Millemiium Towing on the morning of their next business day (tomorrow, Monday). The check in software offered help with only two browsers (Chrome & Safari) when I indicated a problem with confirming my location. I was using the Samsung (for Android) browser on my cell phone. I suspect the difficulty with confirming my check in location was due to U-Haul's overly restrictive list of browsers. Please as U-Hauls' webmaster to look into this issue. Thank you.

Britnee KNobody there, placed looked deserted. Nobody answered the phone for two days., but the u-haul lady on the phone from the district office was very nice and accommodating.
Chawn EI don't know if the equipment was clean or not but the survey required an answer. I didn't rent anything from this location and live 3 states away, but somehow they found my email address and phone number from 4 years ago (when i rented from a different Colorado location) and used it to set up a rental for someone else.
