The nylon tie down belts were frayed at the end and therefor hard to get into the ratchet slot. UHaul problem, not this location.

john mThere were dolleys in the store although I ordered two ahead of time. I couldn’t find any dolleys anywhere else and had to move without a dolley which was extremely difficult. Am disappointed with uhaul not reserving dolleys for customers. I dont agree that it should remain dependent on availability
