How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe app is terrible. It would NOT let me upload photos of the truck when I picked it up. I tried multiple times!
Benjamin GI was picking up a sofa that I had purchased and when I opened tha back doors ,the floor had dried mud all over the floor. We had to lay the sofa on its back so they had a piece of plastic that we put under the sofa.
REBECCA GI was not aware I was paying daily for the dollies furniture cart. That was a huge surprise and something that I definitely missed. I would’ve not have rented them.
