I talked to two different individuals and neither one mentioned I was going to be billed for insurance. I didnt discover it till I dropped off the trailer. I never would have rented if it was going to cost $90. I would have figured another way.

The truck was dirty from previous uses. It was covered in a base of soot and dirt. Not a big for me as I went ahead and cleaned before and after use as precaution for others. Other than that the staff made it easy, using online check-in was seamless. I still will highly recommend.

The uhaul was very very clean. A lot cleaner than budget. BUT the driver front headlight was out, I did buy one, but I didn't have a screwdriver to replace the entire light instead of replacing the bulb. So, I drove from Lebanon to Hilton head with one headlight on. I left the new headlight in a box on the dash as well as the receipt for it, since the place in Hilton head was closed but a drop box and I have no idea if I got reimbursed for it.

Excellent Job! The vehicle (Van) was an excellent choice on my part. Drove 200 miles smooth ride. The Service at ACE Hardware was 2nd to none. Easy in, easy out.

The truck cargo area was a mess when I picked it up. I didn't inspect prior to leaving the store, nor should I have to. It seemed like coffee grounds had spilled all over that cargo bay. I slept it as we were moving furniture and didn't want cushions to get stained. I told the clerk about it upon returning the vehicle. No accommodation or discount was offered. The cabin was also quite dirty, with potato chips on the floor. I was not impressed and will try Ryder next time.

The parking lot is tiny and impossible to pull truck out if there are cars. Had to wait 30min for a car to move before we could get out.

The truck was not ready, had to wait for them to clean. Something was wrong with side mirror and they had no idea how to fix. This made us late and the movers we paid for were sitting waiting because we had to deal with a truck that was not ready.

The Ace Hardware store was not enforcing any kinda of Face mask requirement despite the State of Ohio mandating it. Employees with masks below their noses and none of their customers were wearing masks. There was also the issue with the cup holders being disgusting

I tried to leave trailer in Fl at first it was going to be 600 total but when turning it in the price was going to be 1200 so I couldn't stay the extra day I needed to

Two kids checked me out. They didn't go outside to show me how to hook up the trailer or check for damage. They only cared about eating their lunch. I had to figure everything out on my own. Not a good thing when you're pulling a car hauler.

I ordered a dolly with my truck and they didn't have any but didn't tell me until I got there when I could of just borrowed a friends or family members Instead they tell me at the last minute when I get to the store. They charged me for like 2 gallons of gas when the truck was already full when I dropped it back off. Otherwise service was good, truck was good.

The trailer was extremely old and kind of rough, but it was clean. However you need to update your recommendations for what size to get based on items you have. I got the trailer size that was supposed to fit a one bedroom apartment (queen size bed, couch, kitchen table and chairs) and it came nowhere close to fitting everything. It's about a foot short of being able to fit a queen size mattress. We ended up having to make three trips in total because of your recommendation.

gas tank wasn't full. I drove 28 miles and had to put 10 gallons of gas in it to fill it up. No I didn't drive uphill the whole way as your clerk asked jokingly, someone didn't top off the gas tank and I got to pay for it. disappointing, disappointing

Dropping off the truck was a hassle. No one was in the office and the online check-in would not work. They charged me extra charges for an extra day when I only had it one day.
