Tony D.My equipment was dirty and there was items left from whoever rented it prior to me, and I had to clean out the truck in the back. Sweep it out there with cigarette butts and itoverall I like that U-haul I've rented from them. This was just one time that the truck was dirty or a throat and bugs, and things left in the truck and the truck rolled really bad. It was a horrible ride, the engine ripped and I was afraid.

David W.It was ok with the exception of the flat tire light being on, which we were told it was just a failed sensor. It was still a little worrisom though and there was several used take out cups in the door cup holder. It could have been cleaner. The steering wheel was grunge and sticky as well. I had to clean it off with a wet wipe.

kenneth F.The truck was absolutely filthy inside when I picked it up and the door was not even latched. One of the drivers side signal lights was burnt out. And while driving it sounded like the transmission kept getting stuck in a gear. It was also difficult to shift it into drive, it would sometimes get stuck in reverse and I would have to put it back into park and try again to get it to shift to drive.

Michael M.Ace forgot to enter our rental into the system so we arrived at 8am to pick up the truck and the key was not there. U-Haul was wonderful to work with but we still had to wait till a manager showed up to open the store and give us the key that was inside. We had several people helping us with the stages of the move, and it was a tough day working it all in with having the 90 minute delay getting started. The truck had not been swept and the weather stripping was coming off the drivers door so the drive was incredibly loud. And we traveled a lot of miles. U-Haul was NOT the problem. It was Ace's actions that made this a worse than normal situation experience. Unfortunately this is the closest location for us and we sometimes have to rent here.
teri A.It was advertised as a 19.95 dollar rental. However, For 3 hours it ended up costing me $93.33. They charged $.99 a mile. The 19 dollar advertised price is a total lie. I will not use UHaul ever again.

Beyond that, though, it was almost impossible to put into gear, the roof in the cab leaked and the insulation on the driver's side door fell off. The mileage was terrible but i think that goes with the territory. At best, the truck needs an overhaul...

Shahne S.This has been the worst rental experience I've ever had.I am 75 years old and have rented lots of equipment and trailers etc over the years. This has been a nightmare charging me a extra day when they say I was 30 minutes late dropping off the trailer,I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charges for the extra day charge. I will never rent from UHaul again. If I don't get a response I am going to get in touch with the better business bureau. I am very upset about this and it is not the money it is the principle of the way it is being handled.
Donald F.I have rented from U-Haul many times in the past, this is the first location I have ever been to that I had to hook the trailer up myself go back and get the appliance dolly, then, when I got back, I had to unhook the trailer myself after going in and telling them I was done with the trailer I was told to go put it back in the line by the fence and unhook it then I had to bring the appliance dolly back in. The only time somebody came out was to take a picture after I had connected the trailer to my truck. I understand this is not a U-Haul store but as a location that rents, they should follow the same customer service. I am very disappointed in this rental.
