First of all the pick up location was 30 miles away from where I needed to load my belongings and I had to call to get those miles added on...: also the steering was difficult

I rented a trailer on March 11, 2018 at 4:45 pm which was the latest time that was available from this location on that date. When I rented the trailer, I asked if I could return it on March 12, 2018 by 8:00 pm for a nominal up charge. After a discussion with Austin, he told me that if I returned it before the Ace Hardware Store (the rental location) closed on March 12, I would only be charged for 1 day. I returned the trailer on March 12 at 7:19 pm. I was charged for 2 days. I told the person at the Ace Hardware Store the verbal agreement that I had, I was told in no uncertain terms that anything after 24 hours was another day. I wrote on the contract that I was protesting the second day charge. I went back on March 13 and March 14 to resolve the issue. Austin was not available. I thought I would receive a phone call from someone since I noted the problem on the contract. NO CALL. I went back today March 18 and was given a 1-800 468-4285 number by Austin.and told to call it to resolve the issue. I asked Austin to make the call because no one at that number would believe me concerning the verbal agreement. He again said I had to make the call. I asked for the District Manager's number which I was given. Upon returning home, I called the Customer Service/Finance number Austin gave me. I was told I needed to fill out a complaint on-line. I then tried to call Ryan, the District Manager. It went to Arizona. Ryan was not available. Again I was told to enter my complaint on-line. I am entering my complaint ON-LINE. This is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a simple agreement with Austin. I have been to the Ace Hardware Store 3 times concerning this issue and spent 1 HOUR filling out this form. Is anything resolved?NO. I only rented from this location and its hours because there was limited availability at the other rental locations in my area. I await your REFUND and APOLOGY.

Loading ramp was a little hard to get out and back in at times. Other than that great experience.

No one helped us take the trailer off and we needed it. We were told to be there to return it an hour earlier than they opened and when we asked they said even though it was closed, someone would be there. We waited an hour. Never making another move with them.



When telling a customer to return equipment by 8:00 am on a Sunday, tell them you don't open until 10:00 am. Do not advertise in big green numbers the cost as low as $19.95 when there are mileage & daily use charges.

I "bought" a bag of furniture pads, just in case I needed them, which I did not. Just 22 hours after I rented the truck and "bought" the pads, I returned them, unopened, with the truck. When I asked if I could get a refund for them, I was told I could not. This is very disappointing. The bad had clearly not been opened and the pads clearly had not been used. I may need to look to other rental companies in the future for my moving need.

Vehicles not taken well care of, dim headlights, dirty windshield, the driver side mirror was covers in bird poop, the cab smelled like old cigarette smoke and there were pieces of food in the back (pretzels, chips, ect) overall just a bad experience. The truck ran good though!



If a customer asks to have the oil checked before they leave with the vehicle, since it was just turned in, find someone to check it. Otherwise the entire process from the time of request, in store, was very efficient

I was quoted for 20 miles, used 60 was quoted $57. And ended up paying $157 plus I put gas in the truck using your guide and they still charged me for gas. It was the poorest experience. I have ever had with a moving company.
