More lighting in the parking lot. We dropped off the U-Haul at dark and it could use more lighting.
ROBERT HMake sure the U-Haul has acceptable gas amount and is not backed up to a bush and there isn’t poop all over the ground around the uhaul. It took a very long time to receive the final receipt.
ERICA MThere was less than a quarter tank of gas upon pickup, so not enough to get me through the day without concern. I left the truck with half a tank of gas.
David OCalled the day before and told my reservation was over book. Called back and was told they found a truck I went to the store the day before my reservation to make sure everything was good to go. Got there at 8:30am for my reservation. No key in the box an both lock boxes were unlocked. Had to leave and come back 2 hours later when the store opened to get the truck. The truck with dirty on the inside drivers cab. Called the store and they said they would make it right. No one called back to follow up nor have I gotten a refund of any kind. Drop off process was horrible. Mileage in the app wouldn’t let me out in the correct number.
