The people at ACE had no idea how to rent any of your products. It took 45 min to get checked out even though I online check in and out. I would never rent from that location again!

Jonathan FActually, the problem wasn’t with the actual equipment location but rather the U-Haul call center. The call center stated that this location did not have a tow dolly and only had auto transports available. That would’ve ran over $150 for a simple rental that a tow dolly was required. Called the actual physical location and they told us the inventory did have a tow dolly for $45. I’ve worked for U-Haul in the past, and this is an issue. Inventory must be maintained properly between rental stores and the call center, to avoid an unnecessary customer inconvenience and to maintain profitability.
