Very clean drop off area. Several trucks were parked there so we parked at the end of the line of trucks. Drop box was in the open and not hard to find. There was not an attendant at the drop off site. But I answers yes to the question so I could submit the review

The price of renting a Uhaul is astronomical. For a 10ft truck, 4 hour rental, with about 90 miles it was over $170, plus fuel. The final total will be over $200, FOR 4 HOURS. Remember when it used to actually be $19.99 with unlimited miles? App and website didn't work properly during initial check out or return. The process wants pictures and but refreshes the page while you're off the screen, messing up the process. Drivers side mirror was cracked and while on the way back, a message popped up stating, Transmission hot, idle engine". Unable to use the app or website to return the truck due to it not being able to get my location. I tried the chat feature to notify them of the return and it wouldn't submit my messages. I then attempted to get a callback. I received the call, it played music, and said "goodbye". I just dropped the keys in the box and left. Terrible process, outrageous price, never again.

NAMON CI was charged a $25 cleaning fee. We left the vehicle cleaner than when we received it. No one was available for the drop-off; despite it being during advertised open hours.
VOGEL GThe U-Haul was extremely low on fuel on pickup. Low enough that I had to go get gas before anything setting back time by at least 30 minutes. The app also didn’t work for pickup and I had to call customer service.
