Dolly was damaged but still usable. . I had to repair light on driver side to make it functional.. overall person at the counter super nice.

This was the worst experience I ever had in my life. I will never rent again. I was overcharged, the young man did not know what he was doing. We had u haul on the phone to try to help us get it right. And he's still overcharged, me, poor business
