Though the location was closed when I arrived for my rental appointment, I called the number on the door and was promptly taken care of. Rental trailer was clean and well maintained. Drop off was quick and efficient on this in-town rental.

I returned the truck at 2:45 pm on a Tuesday (15 min before my deadline) and just assumed staff would be in the office but it was locked. It's easy to put the key in the drop box but complicated to submit all the photos necessary & info online etc. etc.
