Rental went pretty smoothly. Agents were helpful and friendly. Issues at checkout were handled quickly and efficiently. UHaul app did not work for checking vehicle back in. Had to go back to store to complete rental.

The gentleman was very kind, patient, and answered every question I asked (and it was a lot haha) I was able to easily extend my time with the truck. Pick up and drop off was simple. Will definitely be using again! Thank you!
KAYLA HMud all inside driver compartment. Truck was not cleaned before renting. Inside of truck had dirt. Truck body scraped and not in good condition.
