I dropped of the keys before they closed, but the guy didn’t finalize everything and the next day I got a message saying that I didn’t drop off the truck even though I dropped it off the same day before 5pm.
MARUF NUnhal needs to mark the return address appropriately as this location will not allow you to leave truck at location listed on contract! You as the consumer are inconvenienced to find the hidden return location that you can't find without help. I do appreciate the employee helping my husband find it but corporate needs to update the contracts to reflect the real return location as you have to walk back to drop off the key very inconvenient and moving is stressful enough without adding to it
