Picked up Uhaul truck on Saturday. Received a code to open a secure locker to get the key. Very easy. Took photos and sent to Uhaul website. All went well!

Great customer service and assistance
Chuck HThe address on the U-Haul app does not match where the actual trucks are located. It took my spouse and I almost an entire hour just to locate this location and we had to call the owner several times to get proper directions. Also, we ordered furniture pads and an appliance dolly and we were advised by the owner that they didn’t have any. We were purchasing a large piece of furniture and we never would have made this reservation had we known that none of the accessories we ordered would be available.

James FThe address listed online is wrong. We went to the wrong location. No one answered the phone when we called to ask. Someone eventually called back and said we were at the wrong place and acted like it was our fault. When I picked up the van it had been backed into a bug tree branch and I had to move the can to take a picture of the back license plate. You all should ask for more information when making the reservation instead of asking for reference numbers while standing in a parking lot.
