We were delayed 1.5 hours trying to get the lockbox code. One customer service representative told us it was because this location did not properly set things up for us. Having a satellite location for truck pick up that the app prematurely directs you to did not help.
ANNA IWay too confusing— checking in at a separate location than where the truck is located. We had to drive back and forth during the pick up and drop off between truck location and check in location. Very inconvenient and confusing. Do not recommend.
