Have been charged for SafeTow two consequitive rentals in a row despite explicitly stating no to the charge. Otherwise, the facility is fine.

There was no office. The property looked like a junk yard. I could not get a timestamped receipt when dropping off the trailer. The man who was there was helpful but I had to help him push the trailer into a grassy spot next to a building.
Stephen WPicked up Uhaul truck on Saturday. Received a code to open a secure locker to get the key. Very easy. Took photos and sent to Uhaul website. All went well!

Chuck HThe address on the U-Haul app does not match where the actual trucks are located. It took my spouse and I almost an entire hour just to locate this location and we had to call the owner several times to get proper directions. Also, we ordered furniture pads and an appliance dolly and we were advised by the owner that they didn’t have any. We were purchasing a large piece of furniture and we never would have made this reservation had we known that none of the accessories we ordered would be available.
