He made us the customer feel like we were an inconvenience to him in doing his job. He did that by not being at the location during business hours then he was rude and rushing us and texted because he said he had a lot things going on and needed to do that day of our rental pickup and drop off. Gave us the run around saying he will be back at the location in 45 minutes we waited there and he texted and said he came back but had to leave but he lied because we were parked there waiting for him. Then he texted telling me to find another location they should be able to help us. Then i called customer service for uhaul and agent rep told me he didn't cancel my reservation he switched it to mobile pick up and i could pick it up at 230pm that day and return it 230pm next day. We get back to do the mobile pickup but don't see our truck i tried using the app and it kept saying unavailable so i called customer service again and agent rep said because of the size of the truck reserved id have to have an agent at uhaul location help me with the rental so once he was there moving our truck out from the back of the lot he told me drop off is still at 11am next day and i told him ill return it at 230pm since that is the time the agent from customer service told me i need to return it by since that is when we picked it up. When we dropped it off at 215pm next day he texted he wont be there to drop it off on the side of the curb not in the lot and return keys to drop off box since app wouldn't let us do return on app so we did that and he texted saying he will get to the return on Saturday but we dropped it off on Friday when it was due back. Then today is Saturday and i look at the receipt sent to me he charged us for things we didn't do like returning it late or cleaning fee but we didn't leave it dirty and the fee for returning late and since we didn't use the app to pick up or drop because it wasnt working and was told that the agent at location would have to help us we were charged a fee for that. Then he added safe move for $30 instead of the insurance one I chose which was $15 now I have sent in proof of all of this and filed a dispute.
