We came to pick up our Uhaul late and they were already closed. There was no indication in the app that this would be the case. There was also no indication in the app that we wouldn't be able to do it all through the app like you can do with the trucks.

We didn’t interact with any personnel there, so this question was N/A. But it’s such a small location and there was nowhere for us to park the truck, since the entire small lot was full and there were already U-Haul trucks lining the street in front of the business. We had to park the truck by the front door because there was nowhere else to park it. Also, because there were U-Haul trucks parked on the street in front of the business, it was impossible to see what incoming traffic was heading for us as we were trying to leave. This business is on a very busy road and we could have been t-boned by oncoming traffic that we couldn’t even see. This business is too small and cramped to have it be a drop-off location for U-Haul trucks. It’s just not safe. We were thankful, However, to have a drop-off location in Utah county.
Jennifer HThese people will overcharge you!!! Don’t rent here!! They will charge you an extra if you 4 minutes late with the truck! . The rental was expensive as I was charged an extra day for dropping it off later that same night.

JOHN WUhaul changed my rental to a different location WITHOUT notifying me. Rideout took care of me regardless but uhaul definitely messed up and it ended up costing me more money
