Someone said they would come and help me. Waited for 20 minutes for “someone out back” that never arrived. No place to park. Thanks to the U-Haul app I was able to check out and drop the keys. No one around to say goodbye, thanks, etc. They have just had a busy day but all you have to do is provide honest communication.
