They were really fast. I was in and out in no time. Returning was also fast. They had appliance and furniture dollies ready for me to take with the truck.
Enrique MAbsolute worst experience. Waited an hour and a half for the system to load to even get the truck and then they charged for a cleaning fee which should not have been. They were not helpful at all!
Stacy GAfter being ran around and not getting the equipment I originally reserved at the location I reserved it, I had to settle for this place or get nothing at all. I was then called by this location and told that if I didn’t pick up my rental early it could not be guaranteed to be available. A real horrible experience on their part and u-hauls.
