After guaranteeing the pickup time and location it was changed the night before . After arriving at the new site no one was there to assist us (it was closed for Sat.) and we waited an hour before trying to reach anyone by phone. This was not easy. I still have not gotten a bill for renting the truck! No paperwork was left for us to fill out after the return. It was a very frustrating experience.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in UHaul - I rented a dolly when I made my reservation - all indications were that I would have a dolly up to the moment I got to the shop. Them not having a dolly for me was an incredible inconvenience and costs us hours away from our packing timeline. The wonderful woman at Snyder Tires tried to locate a dolly for us from a surrounding location - and there were no Dollie’s to be found! Why say I will have one when there are none - anywhere!!!! I was also forced to change locations - which also took away time from our schedule. Very disappointed indeed! Disappointed at the corporation - not Snyder Tires in Lehighton - they were wonderful!

Anthony VThe facility wasn’t open during drop off. It should be noted that while the place of business may be open on Saturday’s, it’s not open for U-Haul customers. However, the representative that I spoke with when I called to let them know that we had dropped it off, she was very helpful and courteous.
