JUSTIN SAfter guaranteeing the pickup time and location it was changed the night before . After arriving at the new site no one was there to assist us (it was closed for Sat.) and we waited an hour before trying to reach anyone by phone. This was not easy. I still have not gotten a bill for renting the truck! No paperwork was left for us to fill out after the return. It was a very frustrating experience.
