Rental truck had less than 1/4 of gas in the tank. In order to ensure we would make it to our destination (and back), we had to add more fuel to the tank. We understand the “rule” is to return with the same amount of fuel from when you picked up the truck. Perhaps there should be consideration to have all vehicles “topped off” so that everyone begins & ends their rental journey on the same “gas gauge”.

HEATHER HI have rented from alot of places and this location is the best one i give them a 100%
RODNEY MDishonest. Recommend documenting everything before leaving with the truck so you don’t extra charges. They claimed fuel was at 100%. It wasn’t. Silly me, I thought they were going to be honest. I should have triple checked the paperwork. I didn’t get any paper copies. Read your email before touching the truck. Get paper copies of everything. Disappointed. I will not use them again. They got their extra money this time but no future business from me.
DANIEL WI found the process of having to verify my identification by a second and third-party to be very cumbersome. I believe it would prevent someone who was all by themselves from renting a vehicle. Other than that, it was seamless.
