MARLO MExtremely disappointed with our experience with U-Haul. Their website/system outage delayed our move by over 8 hours, and there was little to no communication about what was happening or when things would be back up. Trying to get answers felt impossible while we were stuck waiting around with an entire move on hold. To make things worse, there was no compensation or real accountability for receiving the rental so late, despite the major inconvenience and lost time. Moving is already stressful enough without a company’s system failure completely derailing the day. Expected much better customer service and communication from a company this large
