The local attendant was very knowledgeable and attended to details. He was multi-tasking but fit me in with a focused attention to my personal needs. He used common sense, which is sometimes lacking in the younger generation. I most appreciated that which is why I rate my experience as Excellent.
JAY SDouble booked, at 2 sites...please fix. Otherwise would highly recommend, we moved a houseful in 2 days!!!
DAVID HWe didn't see the personnel as we used 24 hr drop off. We used the facility before and left something in the unit and they where happy to retrieve it and hold it till we had time to retrieve it.
EUGENE CSafety check the equipment. I rented equipment from here and the employee didn't lock the collar. The trailer crashed into the back of my truck!
