The connection from uhaul corp to the location was difficult because I had to call the company while in store and Robin said I should have booked the uhaul with the location rather than the corp site but I didn’t know that location wouldn’t honor my reservation because it was uhaul

Cindy CThe trailer had old plywood in it and floor was covered in sand/ dirt. If you're going to charge cleaning fees, make sure the units are clean for next customer. But, the young lady helping me, although overwhelmed by having to run the gas bar/ convenience store and do the U Haul Rental side all by herself, did a great job and was very proffesional about it.
