Considering your other location was closed for whatever reason. I was forced to go back here, where the lone girl worked very diligently at getting the gentlemen ahead of me done.

My only issue with U-Haul is I was not advised that I needed a four prong plug-in for the lights. I have a new vehicle which has a seven plug receiver so I had to go buy an adaptor . U-Haul also sells one for $29. I think this should be something that is given with the trailer as an accessory .

Upgrading the portal. It was a busy last weekend of the month and the portal was very slow & crashed. I could not checkout at the time I returned the truck but I did eventually receive my final bill hours later.

A convenience store. Tight parking lot. The attendant was nice, though. Let's say I wasn't very happy having to drive 200 km from Medicine Hat to get that truck. Both reservations were to be picked up at Recliff, AB, roughly 4 miles from home, on July 10th. The truck front end and windshield were covered with dead bugs. I was notified 24 hours before to get it from Lethbridge, and worse, drive to pick up the auto transport trailer another 75 kms further away, with the truck. Then, as things could not go any worse, the location at Cardston had unserviceable equipment on my reservation. The trailer's rear axle tires were showing steel wires. Good Lord, finally some luck sort of struck; there was another piece of equipment on location in good road condition. I picked it up. All these predicaments cost me roughly 200$ of extra gas. I don't rate you as "poor" as both pieces of equipment performed flawlessly. I think U-Haul should reimburse me of that 200$. Drove 200 km to Lethbridge (own car). Drove another 150 kms return trip from Cardston, then drove another 200 kms to Medicine Hat. That's 550 kilometers and 7 hours of my time doing your work. And you saved that work. You have my email and phone number. Please follow up.

All the dials in the van are in miles!!! Made it really hard to see how fast I was going. I would not rent a van with this again!! Van was really hard to stop. Maybe need some brake work. Dealer was great and easy to deal with.

The day before my rental (on my way to southern Alberta) I stopped at the PetroCanada pickup location to confirm the truck size and the agent mentioned I could inspect it just to make sure it was sufficient. This was helpful for our load planning. The next day's pickup went very smoothly and the 26' size was ideal.

Would be nice to be able to pick up a clean truck and not have to wait for the agent to clean it out for me. The floor of the box was coverd with dirt and grass. And the interior was muddy.

The van was not emptied from the previous user. It had crumpled blankets up at the back and there were cans, socks and garbage on the floor of the van. We were transporting musical instruments, so we needed to clean it before we used it.

They need to inspect their trailers before lending them out. The electrical wiring was crowded and the signal lights didn’t work and I was forced to call roadside assistance because they didn’t have another unit that would’ve been available to me wasted over four hours getting the trailer wiring harness changed out. Also, the trailer was caked with dried mud.

All the staff there were amazing. Bent over backwards to help us. I am amazed and truly blessed to have felt with them. One of a kind customer service. I would drive there to rent a U-Haul again and I live in 100kms away. 100 stars for these amazing people

The two gentlemen working the night of Friday April 24th at this location were extremely helpful. They upgraded the truck I originally rented and moved things around so I could use the truck into the next day. Will be back for sure because of those two guys.

Trucks are never filled up so you have to guess at how much it o top u upon return to avoid gross over charging. Units are not clean, most banged up. Understanding it’s a one way station.

The station attendant kept walking away from us during the check in to help other customers. As a result we were over 20 mins late in departure. I understand the gas station has customers, but we are a customer too.

The unit should have been swept out before being rented. I prebooked moving blankets and was told when renting they had none so I had to go to another Uhaul location to rent blankets costing more charged kms. The girl at checkout was not very polite and hard to understand. Because this was a gas station I had to wait for her to serve other customers causing my pick up to take a half hour.

English was not the first language, hard to communicate, service was extremely poor, would never recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent. Uhaul needs to do a review of this location and remove equipment from this site.

They called an switch us to a different pick up location across town with out even asking. They didn’t send any directions or details even though they said they would. When I called in the morning for the pickup location she said that they have the original truck at the original location. It was a lot of scheduling back and forth for us.

Trailer needs washing but ok for my needs to haul tree trimmings. Trailer wiring needs repair, bare wire exposed with electrical tape pealing off, lights still working though.

Great location. Side mirrors & side wi does were so road mud sprayed it was very difficult to see for lane changing & turning wide. Truck engine raved massively high 2.5 - 3 rpm’s before shifting to next gear. Almost felt like trucj was not going to get us to our new rental location. Told the person that truck was shifting high & fluid levels might need to be checked? He said yes we know, can’t do any thing about it. I feel sorry for the next person who rents it & it breaks down on them?

Trucj was easy to operate. It’s just the weather as mirrors & windshield were road sprayed & it was hard to see. Inside truck floor had rocks & mud, but I assume cause of the melting & freezing it would be hard to clean. Over all I was 100% satisfied as it got us moved in one day.

there were furniture pads left in the truck and wasnt swept out and windaheild was dirty along with outside of truck. But great experience with the rental itself and the staff were awesome. very qucik and easy process. The inside of the truck was clean 😊

I think the 26 foot truck that I rented needs to go in for a balance and an alignment. It shook all the way to my pick up spot and I thought it would be better with a load on, but it wasn’t.

The interior of the cab had not been cleaned out prior to me renting it. The previous user had dropped some snacks (peanuts) on the floor. This might be a problem for someone with nut allergies. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will use this location again.

Unit was dirty inside .not as much fuel as stated as well as I forgot my tool case in the cab and it was never returned..I think the guy handling my acct had an attitude and kept my tools

Please let the customer know about the fueling policies because I expended more money on gas than I supposed to. I just drove 14 kilometres and I put $20 cdn in gas. I believe my gas amount should be just closed to $2.00

This truck was 1/8 full when picked up. I went to fuel next day and the gasoline poured out the bottom of truck like a waterfall. I was out over $100 in fuel costs. Did not grab my receipt as I was kicked off of the gas station property. When I went to return the truck there was zero assistance other than here is the road side number. I waited over 3 hours for any help calling multiple times to get me on the road. When I returned the replacement truck I was charged fuel charge for bringing truck back at 5/8 full. I should not have been charged 1 penny for this absolutely horrible experience. I will never use U-Haul again and 100% would never recommend anyone use U-Haul services again. Absolutely pathetic customer service, clearly no one inspects their vehicles as they would have known this vehicle has a major problem with the fuel tank. I should be refunded my money if anyone had a clue about customer service.

I booked my rental 1 week before pick up, but there were no trucks available when ai arrived tompick up. The clerk put me on a list and called a couple hours later, at 7 pm. There was no dolly available, which was part of my reservation.

Maybe get the girl that called customer service a phone that works and teach her how to use the U-Haul computer system, even when customer service told her to charge me in town rate she couldn’t figure it out and was to busy helping customers for the gas station even though I was there first. I had to complete return on my phone and got charged the one way out of town rate even though I never left town because the vehicle I was using to tow trailer broke down!! Not impressed

Fuel tank was empty on pickup, but I was charged for Fuel, which I put in at my own expense. Tire pressure indicator was defective. Transmission slips badly in first gear.
