Everything was good to me
Julius AThe unit should have been swept out before being rented. I prebooked moving blankets and was told when renting they had none so I had to go to another Uhaul location to rent blankets costing more charged kms. The girl at checkout was not very polite and hard to understand. Because this was a gas station I had to wait for her to serve other customers causing my pick up to take a half hour.
Kevin BEnglish was not the first language, hard to communicate, service was extremely poor, would never recommend this location to anyone wanting to rent. Uhaul needs to do a review of this location and remove equipment from this site.
David SThey called an switch us to a different pick up location across town with out even asking. They didn’t send any directions or details even though they said they would. When I called in the morning for the pickup location she said that they have the original truck at the original location. It was a lot of scheduling back and forth for us.
