Was inconvenient when I picked up my truck to find that the appliance dolly that I had reserved was not in the truck. Called in and found out that there is no guarantee of the supplemental equipment being there. If the location doesn't have the equipment - don't offer the item on the reservation.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIf you post business hours then honor them! Scamming place just making few bucks as drop off point, of course they will have to charge cleaning fee. Takes 30 seconds to push broom and charge clean up of $30 or more...that's their scam.
