Don't allow me to rent a truck for a one-way and wait until the day before to tell me the place I rented from doesn't do one-ways and I have to drive all the way back after the move. Why did I rent a 15' truck 3 months in advance and the day before they told me it wasn't available? I saw 15' trucks at the place where I picked it up so I assume overbooking, but it's really frustrating to have everything change at the last minute. I also had to pay for more gas because of the bigger truck and the two-way drive instead of one.
