When some makes a reservation for a specific size truck you should honor that request. Mine was. Changed at the last minute couldn't use what they gave me and had to run around and spend more time and gas to find a truck that I could use. Very disappointed and out alot of money and time.not happy at all. Will be reviewing on Google and BBC

Steven JOrdered a dolly, and other accessories which I was told was given to a customer right before me. They were not prepared for my rental. Also, my return uhaul station was not correct on GOOGLE MAPS and forced we to wander around to find the location which not only annoying put put my mileage over the limit by 2 miles. I was charged for this overage which was due to uhaul not having an adequate location on one of the most used map services in the world. This misdirection was not only on my phone but also on my wife's phone.
