The associate that helped me was polite and helpful. However, the location is horrible and looks terrible. It looks sketchy. Due to the entrance and the way I was coming into the building, I drove around a bit and I honestly was a bit afraid to go into the office. I saw other people around that looked okay so I went in but I had my doubts. Its a terrible location compared to others I've visited and rented from.

A/C was not working in truck, check it with a forehead thermometer it showed 109 degree air before just showing hot when measuring the temp of the air coming out of the vent. Truck has a bad miss in the motor and lots of rattling. Truck was also dirty and had leftover cat and dog food in the cab floor. Windshield wipers definitely needed replaced. Was only place in town that had a truck available or I would have left and went elsewhere.

THOMAS BI ordered a dolly, at pick up there was no dolly. This location was very sketchy and I did not feel safe for pick up or drop off. Ladies do not go here alone!
