This drop off location was a drug invested environment. I was fearful for my family and I. Pull their credentials and affiliation with Uhaul. Never again.

Catalina hotel U Hual rental has to be closed. It's a crazy, dirty, inappropriate place for a business. It's a garbage kingdom . I don't know how the company have this place in this terrible conditions.

Kenna GWeird that there is a U-Haul location operating out of a seedy motel. The office was full of junk, reeked of cigarettes, but the worker was pleasant. The parking lot was full of broken-down cars and we had to park right by row of rooms. I wouldn’t feel safe coming at night or leaving my car there. The mobile pickup took forever!
