The location and worker there was phenomenal. Very professional and friendly. Facility was maintained and easy to navigate. The rental we had (dc311n) needs maintenance. A wheel bearing or something with the wheel needs fixed. It was extremely bumpy and felt like it could breakdown at any moment. When changing gears, it sounded like metal on metal. It was all around a terrible experience. We did not feel comfortable driving it at all and we had 150 miles to drive. When we reached out to customer service, we were told that we could not drop off at the nearest location for our safety. (I’m not sure if this was because of future rentals but I would not rent this out again until it is fixed).

Never judge a book by its cover. Despite being located within an older hotel, these folks are the absolute best at customer service. Products are well-maintained. And they desire to make the customer happy.

BRADLEY LMotel looks like a run down crack motel and was very scary. Doesn’t look or feel safe. No lock box, so had to go inside, which also didn’t look or feel safe.
