My original appointment was moved to a different location and I was not made aware so I arrived at my originally chosen location to then have to drive to a second location. The second location was a terrifying and poorly kept motel where I was told that they didn’t have a truck for me and I would need to go to a third location. I drove all around town and still had to pay full price which is honestly ridiculous.

Hour before picking up my truck I was informed my truck was returned to a different location on a Friday and Saturday reservation. So I was available by calling myself to pick one up at 1pm on Saturday blowing a day. Ended up I had to keep two extra days due to help after the screw up. Feel it would be nice not being charged for the two extra days due.
