I arrived at this location just before the opening of business to pick up a truck to move my daughter with scheduled movers to arrive at her place. The person was 10+ late for work and at first didn't have my reservation listed and further told me that she didn't know if they had a truck for me. I pointed out to her the truck in the parking lot right out the front window. After a few phone calls she verified my reservation. This delayed me 30 minutes in meeting the movers. This was not a good start to the experience and made me 30 minutes late meeting my movers while I was on the clock. I drove from the location to meet the movers, opened the back door to the storage area in the truck, and the movers immediately advised there was a hole in the roof in the front left corner (driver's side) of the mom's attic. The hole had not been visible from the outside, as it was a puncture going in. I called the 502-area code from and spoke to someone and advised them of the issue. The truck was packed and we were on our way. Later that day, I called again and got Sarah Florence who advised me to send her an email, and she would get it to the right person. I sent the email explaining what had happened.

My original appointment was moved to a different location and I was not made aware so I arrived at my originally chosen location to then have to drive to a second location. The second location was a terrifying and poorly kept motel where I was told that they didn’t have a truck for me and I would need to go to a third location. I drove all around town and still had to pay full price which is honestly ridiculous.
Elsey RHour before picking up my truck I was informed my truck was returned to a different location on a Friday and Saturday reservation. So I was available by calling myself to pick one up at 1pm on Saturday blowing a day. Ended up I had to keep two extra days due to help after the screw up. Feel it would be nice not being charged for the two extra days due.
