There was a spill in the U-Haul's cab between the seats—nothing large, but enough to stress me out that I would be charged for the dirty U-Haul. Also, I am very upset that when I got in the U-Haul and did the site questions, it stated that the miles started at 12003, when in fact, they started at 12022. However, I was unable to get a clear picture (I tried with two different phones, almost like it was meant to blur out numbers on a phone camera), so I was charged for 19 miles more than I should have been. This is very frustrating.
