One of the ratchet tie down straps was worn, but it was still serviceable after the strap was applied. The U-Haul team was notified and the unit was dropped off at a repair depot to correct the issue. Overall the experience was perfect with no issues whatsoever and U-Haul handled the transaction professionally and courteously and was appreciative of us notifying them of the safety concerns with the ratchet strap. Will consider them for all future rental needs. Thanks U-Haul Team.
