Overall, it was very confusing. I was just renting a box truck as simple as that it was asked of why I was renting one which I thought was very weird. But I thought that was normal. Upon showing up to get the U-Haul, I asked about military discounts because I’ve received many before was told that they don’t do that which is OK, but I’ve used the U-Haul when I was in the military and they’ve given me great discounts. Upon entering the U-Haul truck, not sure if what had happened, but it smelled as if somebody had lit some marijuana. Fast forward to coming back to drop off the truck. I had filled the gas tank up to exactly a half a tank that it was given to me. But since the needle was just a smidge under, he had a problem and gave me attitude and wanted to charge me $15 extra if I gave it to him below the normal line. Almost to the point of telling me that I was an idiot. I told him that I would fill up the tank to the point where he asked me to which exceeded the amount because I put in another five dollars which went past the half mark. Overall my experience with this U-Haul place was very poor. I was confused and pretty much been given nothing but hurry up and wait on them. Their facility is actually closed quite often and is not open when they say that they are. I would rather rent from other U-Haul places than this one.
