The office in Thomasville would not help us. Said the computer was down and he could not do anything. We went to Lexington office and they had us ready to go with a truck in about 20 minutes. Lexington office was very helpful.

Ronald NTrailer had broken tail and turn lights. Rental location told me it was an issue with car’s wiring harness. Went to Autozone and purchased a harness tester and an after-market light kit and it worked fine with my cars harness. Issue was with the trailer lights, not my vehicle. Very poor customer serve at this location.
