Proprietor was rude and deliberately slow to check out the equipment, considering that I had already checked in and provided all of the necessary information online. He made it seem as though I was an interruption to his day.

Everything was just as ordered, and the location was very convenient.
RONALD EWe spent hours just trying to rent the equipment we already rented via the app/internet. The app and the internet access to rentals is terrible. The only way to get a decent deal is to call them and pray they answer the phone.
