Friendly over the phone and said he would be there. Not a big problem and I received an email saying the truck was inventoried and a receipt within an hour so overall a good experience .

James KAs a customer I didn’t receive the service I believe I would’ve received if my skin was another color the older elder talk to us so rude and became impatient with us at some point I had to reach out multiple times to get someone to the office we were accused of things that had nothing to do with us getting a truck the truck came with zero no equipment which made the move even harder btw, get the final charges now suddenly we getting charged almost $89 extra and we didn’t even have a lot of drive time in the vehicle, customer service was a terrible, got no equipment, and our move was hours delayed because they took their time to get to the office when they were just there before i finished booking in the parking lot of the location in Lexington South Carolina
