As a customer I didn’t receive the service I believe I would’ve received if my skin was another color the older elder talk to us so rude and became impatient with us at some point I had to reach out multiple times to get someone to the office we were accused of things that had nothing to do with us getting a truck the truck came with zero no equipment which made the move even harder btw, get the final charges now suddenly we getting charged almost $89 extra and we didn’t even have a lot of drive time in the vehicle, customer service was a terrible, got no equipment, and our move was hours delayed because they took their time to get to the office when they were just there before i finished booking in the parking lot of the location in Lexington South Carolina

Was not there all day.
Evette CThe guy running that location was nice but not efficient at all. He took forever to do things. He forgot to give me back my credit card while doing the transaction because they had a lot going on at this location. Therefore, with all of the interruptions and papers all over the desk we missed that I didnt get the card back until we were way down the road and had to come back.
