How U-Haul Reviews WorkGerald is a little grumpy and not very pleasant to deal with. It took us 1.5 hours to rent our auto Trailor due to his slow use of the computer. The trailer was missing a hook for the rear chain to attach to the car, and the right front strap for the wheel was 1/4 the thickness it should have been due to a tear in the strap. Mr. Gerald also called us 4 times during the rental period to get an exact time that we would be returning the equipment. We returned the trailer in exactly the same condition with all parts, as it was when we rented it. Gerald called and said one of the straps was missing from the trailor. It was not, we checked before we dropped it off. Horrible experience with an outdated facility and manager. Equipment was faulty and not as we intended to rent it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I highly advise that Uhual have a manager visit this location, do computer and customer service training, as well as equipment tutorials for Gerald.

Sharon GPickup was set for 0930 and due to a customer that got there before me I didn’t get mine until 1045. Also the store was extremely dirty with roaches crawling everywhere.
Matt LDespite the guarantee when I reserved the truck, the location changed the reservation to a smaller truck. He then told me over the phone he would make sure I had the larger truck, but by the morning of our pickup, he did not have the larger truck. He had to send us to another location to get the truck we reserved. The process took 2 HOURS and somehow cost us more than I was quoted when I made the reservation online. He did nothing to make it right and said he hadn't heard that uhaul guarantees your reservation. This added much unneeded stress to our move, and I would not recommend this location.
