Customer experience was horrible. Made 5:30pm trailer reservation several hours in advance. Arrived onsite and no one was there. Called the number and someone picked up saying they were 30 minutes away. They arrived an hour later and were slow to process my rental. I didn’t get back on the road for over 2 hours after my initial reservation time. Horrible experience.

RICHARD SOffice has a sickening smell of animal feces, had to wait an hour after appointment time to start pickup, entire pickup process was extremely poor
