You only received 1 star because I cannot leave your business without one! This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t recommend a fly to your business! Honestly feel like I’ve been scammed which is crazy to me because I treated the older women at the counter with the upmost respect! You over charged me the day of and then try to charge my card an additional $77 for a 26 mile trip! The way I see it, your business needs to review your trucks whether they be a mobile check in/out or a customer in person pick up! I only went 26 miles and was charged for 88 miles, sat there with the lady and gave her a play by play of everything but still being charged for miles I didn’t do! She said I’d get a call back once they figure it out, she called once to tell me they’re still working on it and I haven’t heard anything back since that conversation! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!
