Windshield could have used a cleaning but over all it was clean unit. Very happy with truck.

The gentleman was very patient with us due to issues with our reservation price. We were there for two hours til he got someone to help us get our quote. It was due to a U-Haul system issue. Instead of telling us to walk out or pay his computers quote he helped us greatly. Caused an inconvenience but was very helpful.

Linette CU-Haul called me and wouldn’t get the trailer I wanted to Rick’s, U-Haul wanted me to pick up 120 miles away and take it back 120 miles away. Then U-Haul didn’t let me know Rick’s didn’t have the KO dolly I wanted. So I didn’t get a dolly. I had to settle for a 5x9 trailer with ramp, when I ordered at 6x12. U-Haul itself didn’t care about customer service. Rick’s Rental was great.
