If you rent in person it might be ok. The pickup was a total fiasco. We were supposed to pickup vehicle at 11 am. It took 4 phone calls, a visit from the local police before we could finally get the lockbox open to get the keys. It was after 3 pm before we got the keys. Customer service on line/phone was totally useless.
