Have numbers that work,number on app and number at rental location both no response multiple tries to extend and upgrade…$50 reserve fee and not info on stipulation on it. More frustrated with the no response with the numbers took several more calls to a third number found to extend

Lynn CParking lot was a sheet of ice and tricky to walk. Also the rear door was frozen shut. Also this unit didn’t have a back up camera as others have which make it easier to maneuver.
CORY LWhat's the point of reserving ahead of time, if when I get there I'm sprung with 100 additional things I need to provide while clicking on my phone in the cold? 2 contacts? That could have been ahead of time. License? That could have been ahead of time. Really it should have been take pictures of the truck, grab the keys. That's it. Instead I had to reenter my credit card. Reenter my info. Answer the same upsell questions for the third time. Yes, I'm sure I don't want a handtruck. Stop asking. Overall it was a big pain in the ass to waste 20 minutes in a parking lot doing things I could have done ahead of time.
