Your app was slow to respond. Prompting me to call your customer service where I was just passed off to someone else with no resolution. H til I called back and spoke to a representative identified as Maria. She was exceptional and assisted me with the app and finalizing my transaction. She truly made this experience remarkable and why I would recommend uhaul again. I hope you have more people like her on your team.
