It was never communicated to me that there was an issue with the return. I called the uhaul number because the location was unreachable.

There was some confusion about the return spot and we ended up returning the equipment to the wrong location and I got hit with a $284 charge. I offered to return it to the correct location but the uhaul representative at 877-797-1466 said I couldn't do that. I even offered to pay for another day if the place lost business because of the mix up. This policy is absolutely aweful and I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. The blond woman who works at the super suds car wash uhaul is awful and nasty

Simmie W.Issues at pickup and while we had the equipment. These issues have to do with U-Haul in general, everyone we spoke to on the phone and via chat. The man that eventually helped us on site was very nice, once they realized we had a reservation. We wasted 45+ min at pickup and then hours trying to get assistance from U-Haul reps by phone and chat. This was a terrible experience.
