How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was after hours so no workers were at location. I do like the mobile check in and out.
Natalie RHe was unable to read the rental agreement because of the print quality of the invoice and told to just drop the trailer off outside and call U-Haul Customer Service.
kevin hQuite helpful and personable attendant! Big, open area to maneuver equipment.
Dale PTruck was filthy and smelled like it was used to haul garbage. The movers we hired to load the truck came into the house to get us to see/smell how bad it was. Previous users had also left some of their junk in it. General comment: Pick up location was changed from where we had booked to 30 miles away, so 60 miles one way.
