How U-Haul Reviews WorkRented an extra day just in case needed and ended up returning it the next day and can not get refund for the extra day . Wasn’t told this and the company is ripping people off by not letting customers know this.
James BThe service at this location is subpar, that is why I use the app to check in. It is also 20 miles further than my desired local pickup.
STEVEN HThere wasn’t stuff there when we dropped off the truck. But the box to leave, the keys was clearly marked.
