We had to hunt for the office. It was inside a motel. Fortunately we found a very nice man Tony. He took the key. It was so cold, we were using a hammer to get the lock unlocked and the ramp loose of ice. The app was frustrating as it was -30 and I had to take pictures...very trying experience.

Trailer lights do not work- suspected that it was the cable
jason nNever came out to check hook up. Right signal, break and tail light not working. Wouldn't give a paper copy of the contract.
RANDAL BUse locations that don't hire indians who talk on the phone in Punjabi while serving you and mess everything up. They gave me the wrong amount of furniture pads and tried to charge me 11,000 dollars for miles.
