Drop Off was Eastown Auto Repair in Grand Haven Michigan. Eastown was very helpful as the truck had to be checked in over the phone. The destination was only defined other than Grand Haven with no store number. Great helpful staff at Eastown!

Everything went great thank you
ROBERT OThe office had fumes from oil or gasoline. Not a welcoming environment. There was not a easy place to drop off the trailer and the agent couldn't seem to figure out where to put it. I dropped it in the middle of the parking lot and then backed it in between two cars.
