Rebecca PGive the customer the correct address for the pick up location. Upon pick up we were told we didn’t have to provide the drop off location we would like, we did tell her where we would like to drop it off and that information was not entered, so while I was busy packing the U-Haul another associate was calling me to confirm where I wanted to drop off the vehicle. The associate should do a proper walk around/ inspection of the truck before releasing it to the client. The front driver side tire was at 55psi. The trailer was not connected properly so the lights were not working.
