Yes the people were someone helpful but at the drop off location we now have to wait 1-6 weeks to get our deposit. As during the move I lost my debit card so there for had to get a new one they couldn’t put the deposit back on that card as was a different card which okay I get somewhat. Then the lady said I can give you the cash, well turns out she doesn’t have cash. Then she said I can print you a cheque well turns out the printer didn’t work so now we will receive a cheque in the mail she said anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

DENNIS HStock was very limited, and the trailer was barely road worthy. The office a was a mess and there was barely enough room to stand in the area. The employee was nice and efficient, but it did not leave me with a comfortable or safe feeling. The trailer had 1 brake light that worked good, the other was barely lite, but they assured us it would meet travel requirements. The inside was dirty and we had to clean it before we could start to load it. This was an alternate location to where I reserved the trailer due to supply. Definitely a step down from the preferred location.
