I know it is an industrial area but it was a bit rough looking, and not inviting. The computer system was down but paying by cc meant I didn’t need to wait around for things to get back online.

Gerald wI was charged for 32 km's at 1.92/km, I have photos of the odometer when picked up and dropped off (only put on 17.1 km's not 32 km's as being charged) I filled the fuel tank after I was finished with the truck (fuel level was not as shown on the receipt) Also, I booked for all day Saturday, got a phone call on Thursday that I have to have the truck back by 12:00 (noon) Saturday, put us in quite the situation John Kappel
John KThe pick-up address provided to me in the reminder text was not the correct address. When we finally got to the correct location, their system was saying they didn’t have the truck we reserved, even though it was in the lot. Once we were finally able to get the truck we reserved, the automatic text we received told us to ensure the correct licence plate was on the truck, but the license plate number was also incorrect.
