How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was a used tire in that back that I had to haul around and move several time while loading and unloading my stuff.
ERRON SIt was difficult to check in. Cell service was poor and the lady inside the convenience store was not helpful and rude, telling me to go wait outside and call customer service from outside the store. Customer service helped me check in but I still had to go back inside to get the key from the lady.
Brandon RIt needs better Wi-Fi and there were a lot of ant piles on the ground around the truck, making it hard to take pics without getting ant bites.
Juan GThe truck drove really bad like there were no springs and everytime you drove over a bump it bounced really bad and the engine was really loud and it smelled on the inside of the truck and I was told by the uhaul people that the truck was fine and there was no balance owed and I was done and then a few days later I get that I owe 17 dollars or so so I pay it and now once again I am getting that I owe more money and it is not saying for what. So now at this point I feel like I am being scammed for more money for no reason wjen I have paid for the use of the vehicle and I was definitely overcharged for the truck at the time and was never issued a refund!!!
