The service was great, the U-Haul was returned the night before I needed it, so there was no way I guess to clean it. It was dirty inside and out side.

KELVIN JUploading pictures was glitching so it took a little longer to check in and the dolly was not in the truck but it all worked out love the app option really helped with early morning pick ups
